As Collinsworth, Alter, Fowler & French’s Executive Vice President, Gerard serves as the chief business officer and directs and coordinates sales and general operations for CAFF’s Sanford office. His primary responsibility is overseeing the operational efficiency of the company.
He is a collaborative, efficient and forward-thinking leader who can harness the existing strengths of the company to drive profitable growth while keeping renewal business a priority. In addition to overall team management and leadership, Gerard leads strategic projects and key initiatives. He possesses strong management, relationship, and development skills that are essential to his and the team’s success.
Gerard began his illustrious insurance career nearly four decades ago as an account claims representative and commercial underwriter for the PMA Group in Philadelphia. From this early start, he continued to build his impressive resume in the insurance field and his expertise is unparalleled. His extensive industry experience includes heavy manufacturing and construction as well as municipal and non-profit sectors. Gerard’s industry background and knowledge combined with his leadership and passion are critical to the company’s and CAFF client’s continued success.
In her position as a Commercial Lines Manager at Collinsworth, Alter, Fowler & French, Trish’s primary responsibility is managing the commercial lines department. In addition, she services a large book of business and has been tasked with overseeing the agency’s overall operations.
She began her impressive insurance career more than 15 years ago at a large commercial agency where she obtained a 440 License in Customer Service. She possesses a broad-based knowledge, having worked on the agency side as both a marketing assistant and an account manager. Trish also has experience in the excess and surplus side as an underwriting assistant. She takes great pride in assisting her fellow employees and providing an outstanding level of customer service. She has the keen ability to not only identify and understand a client’s business needs but to also develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Just like Trish, her husband is in the commercial insurance industry - so they are never run out of things to talk about. They live in Lake Mary, Florida with their two spoiled cats and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, a good glass (or 2) of wine, and her favorite pastimes are scuba diving and watching football.
As an Employee Benefits Account Executive for Collinsworth, Alter, Fowler & French, Angela is responsible for servicing a variety of employee benefit accounts for the agency. Some of her essential functions include building and maintaining client relationships; meeting specified retention goals; coordinating and directing assigned client activities within client services team; developing a strong understanding of the client’s business and strategic priorities; developing and executing the renewal and/or marketing strategy in accordance with client instruction; managing new client implementation process; and managing the company’s current base of clients and securing new business. In her position, She is also directly responsible for overseeing and coordinating employee enrollment meetings, assisting clients with new hire enrollments, terms, claims, and billing issues.
Prior to joining CAFF, Angela worked for Bowen, Miclette & Britt of Florida. With more than 15 years of industry experience in the complex world of commercial insurance combined with her knowledge of employee benefits, Angela’s background and resources have made her an integral part of the CAFF team.
Angela resides in Lake Mary, FL with her husband and son. She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends and all that her community offers – a special place where people can live, work and play comfortably in beautiful surroundings.
As a Customer Service Representative for Collinsworth, Alter, Fowler & French, Mary is responsible for providing key administrative support to both the account managers and producers. Her duties are diverse and include certificate issuance, policy review, data input and proposal preparation.
In her position, Mary interacts with customers on a daily basis to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve issues. She is a motivated team player who goes above and beyond to deliver an outstanding level of customer service. Once joining the insurance industry, she obtained her 4-40 license in record time so that she would quickly be able to prepare quotes, explain policies to clients and provide general assistance in-house.
Prior to joining CAFF, Mary spent more than 10 years in the medical billing field and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience.
